No, its not Disney! Its the Hughes' Firework Extravaganza!

The 4th was full of food, fun, and fireworks. How's that for alliteration! Some kids from the youth group gathered at a local ball field to play in our first ever All Star Game. The sky was dark and the crowd was thin. When the rain started to fall, we moved the party to the Hughes' house. After munching on chips and tasting the delicious burgers and dogs, it was only a few minutes before the rain subsided and the fireworks began. Chris and the guys put on a great show! Avery and Mary Hannah weren't so sure about the enormity of the booms, but they made it through and enjoyed the bright colors. These pics are thanks to Beca, my favorite photographer.
